Summary

As a Customer Experience Ambassador at The Escalante, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with outstanding customer service and support throughout their stay. This role is essential to ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued, contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and events to enhance guest experiences.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery during events or special occasions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
