RATES, FEES AND OTHER IMPORTANT CHARGES:Rates based on double occupany, and the maximum is two adults per room or suite; a $50 per night for a child or additional adult staying in same room will be applied. Rates are subject to a 10% state and county tax and 13.5% resort fee (see more below on detail of resort fee):

RESORT FEE DETAIL: Resort Fee, which may change without notice, includes continental breakfast, parking, free wireless internet as well as front desk computer/printing, local newspaper and telephone services.

ADVANCED DEPOSIT: 1 night deposit (room rates+taxes+fees) required charged at the time of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 5 days notice of cancellation prior* to the date of arrival notice of cancellation required for refund of advanced deposit. (* that means your arrival date is not included in the 5 days notice)
